Ariel was absolutely fantastic! He was prompt with replying and the pricing was SUPER REASONABLE. I contacted him on a Wednesday and the Job was done by the afternoon on Friday. He installed a range hood for me and was the only person (I contacted many!) that was willing create a new hole for the range hood to vent outside. Great service. I needed to disassembly my LG dryer entirely because We had a lot of fur/hair inside my machine. When we tried to dry some clothes We were getting fur and hair all the time. Our dishwasher did not work, we tried taking it apart, cleaned all filters and put it back together. It still didnt work. We called these guys are they were very responsive, professional and fixed our problem right away! Probably saved us a few hundreds for a new dishwasher!Totally recommand! Arial was referred to me as a person of skill. I needed 2 very tricky stove hood installations in my home. Arial came on the agreed day and time. He exercised creative problem solving skills and explained the installations to me with clarity, patience and great respect. He told me up front that he did not do finishing but solved the installation in a way that required minimal finishing.When the other hood exhaust was completed I discovered it needed further adjustments in order for me to use it.I contacted him and he responded at an agreed on time the very next day and completely resolved the concern. We had an issue with our washing machine and Ariel came that same day. He fixed one part and then came back later that night and fixed the other part. I was amazed because it was 7:00 p.m. No one has ever done that before when we have needed one of our appliances fixed. He also came back a few days later to help me fix the agitator. I would definitely be calling him again when we need an appliance fixed as he did go above what he had to do. He was also very reasonably priced. We just found him on the internet and am glad we did. Ariel was amazing! If I could give you more stars I would. There a was a little mix up and someone else came and quickly “fixed” an old washer. Needless to say when Ariel showed up, we said we didn’t need the services anymore but he took a look at the washer anyways and detected that it really was not any good. He gave us a few referrals as to where to purchase a washer if needed and offered us his discount. Fortunately we had a pair of brand new washer and dryer in the garage and Ariel installed it for us. He was great in explaining everything to my husband and even swapped the door for the dryer around so it opened the correct way. Thank you so much Ariel. You are the best!

You are never happy when your dishwasher breaks-down, BUT ... having AlphaTech do the repairs, makes it easy and smooth.Ariel Koifman is AlphaTech's founder and a repair wizard: he showed up on time (and called 15 minutes before, which I always appreciate); spent 30 seconds inspecting my Bosch dishwasher and immediately knew what was wrong and how to fix it. He then apologized because he did not have the exact part with him, but he would order it and return. That was a Friday afternoon - he contacted me right after the weekend to ask if he could come by "in an hour or two". He did and, in the time it took me to fix two espressos, he had disassembled the dishwasher, removed the faulty board, installed a new one, tested it and put it all back together. Magic.This was my first experience with AlphaTech and from now on, if an appliance breaks they are going to get a call.A final note: Ariel is fast, great to work with and gets down to business without making you feel rushed. He is thorough and the work is terrific - on top of the repair, he left my dishwasher in better shape than he found it (helped me fix an issue with the feed line that was not part of the original repair). He also travels with an impressive inventory of parts so he can solve most issues on the spot. If a part has to be ordered, it's a difference of days not weeks - like most repair services.
